    We have a crew on the ground, ready to assist with painting your home. Not sure what colors to with? No problem, we are happy to advise.

  • Property Management

    Do you have a property that you want to list on VRBO/Airbnb? Let us take care of it! We have a small portfolio of properties, allowing for more personalized service. We use dynamic pricing to maximize returns & our occupancy rates are 89.9%.

OUR PROCESS.

    DISCOVERY CALL

    The initial call gives you an opportunity to discuss your project goals, expectations & budget.

  • DESIGN STAGE

    We usually take 5-7 days for the initial design. Once the design is presented to the client, we allow another 2-3 days for corrections.

    ORDERING

    We allocate 2 weeks minimum for ordering items. This gives us time for items to arrive, minimizing the time spent on-site & allowing for faster completion.

    ONSITE-SETUP

    Onsite staging & set up can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks depending on the scope of the project. At the end of this stage you will have a move-in ready home, fully furnished, or ready to list as a short-term rental.
